Terms & Conditions Last updated: May 23, 2025 Welcome to Write Mind. These terms outline how services are offered and how we work together respectfully. 1. Services Offered Write Mind provides storytelling-focused services such as 1:1 consultations, narrative strategy, mentorship, screenwriting, copy development, and occasional digital content. Bookings and purchases may occur directly through the website. 2. Payments & Scheduling - Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. - Payment plans are available for selected services. - Additional fees apply for weekend or rush bookings. - By booking, you agree to these terms. 3. Cancellations & Refunds - Sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. - Refunds will be issued for unused hours only. - No-shows or cancellations under 24 hours are not eligible for refunds. - Refunds will not be granted once significant work has been started or completed. 4. Intellectual Property & Content Use - Any materials (worksheets, PDFs, guides, aesthetic documents) are for personal use only. - You may not resell, redistribute, or reproduce these materials without written permission. - AI-generated or assisted content provided in client work remains under human review and refinement. You agree to use any drafts or strategy deliverables ethically. 5. Use of AI Tools Write Mind uses AI tools to support clarity, organization, and creative brainstorming. AI is used as a "Creative Companion," not a replacement for human storytelling. All deliverables are reviewed and refined by a human editor (that’s me!). 6. Client Conduct & Boundaries This is a collaborative and respectful space. The following expectations help preserve a supportive environment: - Respectful communication is required at all times. - Clients who display aggressive, dismissive, or demeaning behavior may be subject to a strike system. - After three strikes, services will be terminated with no refund. - Boundaries such as working hours, expected turnaround times (typically within one week), and platform-specific communication will be respected by both parties. Examples of Disrespectful Behavior (not tolerated): - Repeatedly interrupting, raising your voice, or dismissing expertise - Using discriminatory or offensive language - Refusing to honor boundaries around scope, time, or communication windows - Sending excessive or hostile messages after hours 7.
